His first shop in Hong Kong opened in 2008, and it’s been a real success ever since! Located on Lyndhurst Terrace, he offers some of the best French sweet treats you will ever taste, as well as a lunch menu. And now, a brunch!

On the menu, freshly-baked croissants and bread, fruit cake and a selection of Jean-Paul Hévin’s honey, jam and chocolate spread, then Eggs Benedictine with spinach and bacon, smoked salmon and cream cheese pancakes all accompanied by salad, scrambled eggs with sausages, or a vegetables quiche.
