It all kicks off with a starter buffet, with seasonal salads, seafood, cold cuts, and even DYI mozzarella salad and bruschetta stations. For the main course, you have several options, includings cinnamon polenta pancakes with crispy bacon and slow-roasted prochetta stuffed with pork and fennel sausage.
